Description

So here are all the major changes in the Birth By Sleep story arc of Kingdom Hearts.

Aqua and Terra are keyblade masters, but Terra is on thin ice with his dad, still trying to conquer his inner darkness.

Ventus is about to become a keyblade master when a surviving keyblade wielder of the patrol of this multiverse system is about a rise in both heartless activity and a new race born from the darkness they dubbed the Unversed.

Terra and Aqua were sent to investigate and talk with Master Xehanort and Gnosis the Wise, who have researched the heart for the last decade.

Xehanort tries to make Terra join his side in a vain attempt not to do this alone and sees himself and Eraqus inside the boy. But Terra was not joining, but the darkness inside him would be perfect for him to possess.

At first, Vanitas is the main foe, while Xehanort is the real one in the shadow, pulling the string and setting things in place. Namely, getting Ventus to call on the Kingdom Key so he can fight Vanitas, who got the Kingdom Key D, and forge the x blade

Ventus-Vanitas is a split mess, with Vanitas' hatred at the wheel as he tries to forge the two keys into the x Blade. Still, it is not complete. as he lacks a great light to match his darkness, so he fights Aqua while inside. The two halves do battle, eventually ending with Vanitas' destruction, or so Ventus thought.

Vanitas follows Ventus's heart and becomes trapped within the young Sora, but he senses this lad probably has the potential to be a keyblade wielder, so he plots a way to regain his physical form.

Terranort, disguised as Ansem, plays dumb, using Gnosis research and memories to find another way to achieve Kingdom hearts with Braig already a “pawn” in his long-term game.
