I give youuuuu....flustered espio!! I'm trying to work out what colors I think he changes to depending on his mood, since that's a headcanon I have and real chameleons do the same thing, and I decided he turns pink when he's flustered or embarrassed (the shade of pink depends on the intensity of the emotion). I'm pretty happy with how it came out!
