Description
(the chapter starts with Sophie in a dark black and red environment.)''Who am I? what happened? you lost me. ''
Sophie: Huh? who's there?
'' I am scared.... I lost something....I need it..... ''
Sophie: what is it? what did you lose?
(but before Sophie could get her answer, she saw a glimpse of little Bendy sitting, and crying alone in the darkness.)
Sophie: Bendy? O.O
(Slowly approaches Bendy, but before she could reach him, she was pulled back by dark inky shadows and everything faded to black.)

"La, la, da, da, da....♫"
(The melodious voice woke Sophie up from a deep sleep, but when she opened her eyes, it was then she realized she was in some kind of prison cage, along with
A more perfect Alice that saved her from "Evil Alice", and the Boris clone with the mechanical arm, stuck the blue angel inside this prison. in It was obvious that they didn't trust her, like Bailey, who flew near the more perfect Alice, who also couldn't completely trust her. considering that she was a complete stranger to them, and they seem to have been through a lot in this studio..perhaps even more than you have thus far.
So Sophie wasn't too angry with them.
she sat up in the bed, feeling a little sore from laying down on it all the time, although she managed to get up and walk over to the wooden boards that prevented her from leaving. There, she noticed the perfect Alice writing an escape plan on the walls as she kept humming that tune.)
Sophie: I...know that song.
???: everyone knows that song. (turns slightly to face the angel in the cage.) who are you? Why are you here?
Sophie: (puts her hand on the board, sighing quietly) I entered this abandoned studio to explore it for a while. and now I can't leave. But I wanted to figure out who or what was behind all of this chaos.
???: Well you must know more than we do. One minute we don't even exist...just...thoughts. And the next minute...this place.
Sophie: Are you gonna let me out of here anytime soon? I wanna get out of this place as much as you guys do.
???: Down here, strangers aren't good things. (shakes her head, before she frowned at her.) How can we trust you? We don't even know what you are.
Sophie: My name is Sophie...I'm from the outside world. and who are you? you look like Alice...but...more different.
(she tense up slightly, lowering the writing tool in her hand. she seemed to be contemplating.)
???: I...I honestly don't know my name. So...they call me Alice, but I'm no angel.
Bailey: wait a second. you provided the voice for Alice Angel in the place of Susie Campbell. you're Allison Pendle!
Sophie: Allison...? is that your name?
(Finally, Allison turned to Bailey and Sophie fully, gazing at them in surprise.)
Allison: Allison.... Hmm...yes. That...rings some kind of bell. They've called me Alice so many times I forgot my real name. But...you two might be right. Thank you, Sophie, Bailey. (to Sophie) Why don't you go back and rest? We'll talk some more later.
(Nodding, Sophie went back to bed, sighing softly as she closed her eyes.)
......
(It turns out that the Boris Clone, who Allison called Tom did not like Sophie one bit. He'd always give her cold glares every time she was done talking to Allison, scoff at the drawings she made just to pass the time, and even..smack bowls of Bacon Soup out of her reach or eat them himself.
Of course, she knew he wasn't as trusting, but...it somewhat hurt to see him act so cruel to her, especially since, sometimes, she could only see Buddy Boris-the one who truly cared about her and did what he could to help her throughout her adventure through the studio.
they were friends...until the end.
Now she had to remember that even though Tom looked like Boris...he wasn't him. as for Bailey, he rarely ever conversed with her, since he too couldn't trust her. at least not entirely.
Sometime later today, he had gone out to beat up some nearby Butcher Gang clones and Searchers, leaving her to talk with Allison some more.)
Allison: I know you're watching me. it's just...a little creepy.
Sophie: so...you're the one who writes on the walls. considering all these messages written in ink I've seen.
Allison: we all do that. for some poor souls down here, it's the only way they can be heard. but you don't want to touch the ink for too long. it can claim you... pull you back. that's how I met Tom. I was messing with things I shouldn't have been, and he...he was there.
Sophie: if I may ask, why do you call him Tom?
Allison: He just seems to respond to it.
Sophie: well, I don't think he likes me. -.-
Allison: Let me show you something.
(Sophie perked up as she walked towards her, holding a tool shaped like a large square magnifying glass with lights and wires.)
Allison: A while back, I was mapping out one of the upper levels when I noticed something reflecting off a piece of glass, looked through, and on the wall behind me was a hidden message! Right there in plain sight! So I kept looking and found more and more messages everywhere in the studio! But you can't see them with your eyes. Only through this. Take a look.
(Sophie grabbed the Seeing Tool and looked towards a random wall, surprised to find a message in bright glowing yellow inky letters, along with a halo appearing around Allison's head. As she continued talking, though, her smile faltered when she noticed that the message read, "SHE WILL LEAVE YOU FOR DEAD".)
Allison: I don't know who's leaving them, but I think they know how to get out of here.
Sophie: where does it all lead to?
Allison: (frowns) nowhere. I followed them for a long time. just leads me in circles. I don't think I'm meant to leave this place, Sophie. But maybe...you are.
Sophie: (Turning her attention back to her, she lowered the tool and sighed.) Allison...please let me out of here. I promise I'm not dangerous.
Allison: Tom and Bailey think you are.
Sophie: and what do you think?
Allison: I...I think you're the hope I've been waiting for. Go back to sleep. Maybe tomorrow will be better.
(sighs a little, Sophie once again headed back to bed. At this point, they were keeping her hostage, but it was only a matter of time before they had to let her go, right?)
......
(Nope! she heard the sound she grew to fear. the sound of the Ink Demon's presence. she immediately opened her eyes and got up and saw there was no one around. she was alone now. Not even after Allison said her that she were the hope they've been waiting for, she still listened to Tom and Bailey and left her behind when Bendy had discovered their hideout the very next day.)
Sophie: jeez... she really did leave me for dead.
(Sophie glanced at the Seeing Tool in her hand and wondered..if whoever wrote those messages warned her about that, then could they possibly help her find a way out?
Sure enough, using the tool, she was able to find a secret passage, which really lead to a small bathroom with only a toilet. But inside the tank, Sophie discovered another sturdy pipe which she used to break down the wooden boards that once confided her. she even manages to find the Tommy Gun which was just outside her prison, fully arming herself.)
Sophie: Okay. Time to see where they went.
(As she tried to follow the tracks the toon angel and the duo of cartoon-human hybrids, some Searchers popped up from the ink puddles, lunging towards her, although given her experiences fighting them throughout her time here, she was able to shoot them dead no problem.
Eventually, she came across an inky river with a tunnel leading into darkness. There was a barge on an inclined plane, so she used the lever to make it roll down into the river.
Sophie didn't think Bailey, Allison and Tom would've made it this far by the time she caught up to them, but all roads seemed to lead to this area, so what other options did she have?)
(As soon as Sophie entered the barge and activated it, she sat down and pushed the throttle forward, determined to catch up to them. It trudged slowly through the tunnel, and before long she arrived at a nearby dock where an empty barge was. But in that same moment, the paddle-well became jammed and her transportation stopped short.
seeing this, she stood up and checked, seeing that balls of thick ink had clogged it, so she quickly smacked them away with her pipe. When she looked up, however, her eyes widened in horror as she saw a giant cartoon hand emerge from the river, grab the empty barge, and drag it under.
Sophie: Uh Ohhh... T-Time to shift into maximum overdrive!! OmO' (forced the throttle forward, leading her directly into the next tunnel.)
(Of course, since everything in this damn studio hated her guts, the paddle-wheel kept getting clogged, and every time she went to fix it, Sophie was faced with that giant hand. It seemed to have a mind of its own as it snuck up on her while she was busy whacking the paddle-well with her pipe, determined to slam down and take both the barge and her when she least suspected it.
For a long while, Sophie journeyed through the dark tunnels with that monstrous arm stalking her. she was doing her best to keep the barge going, but thankfully, she had reached the end of the tunnel and stumbled upon a....village?
Sure enough, not too far away there was a pier connected to a makeshift wooden village. Sophie passed by an observation tower where a single Lost One was fishing. It looked up and waved at her, and she found herself smiling and waving back.
The barge continued forth just fine on its own. The moment it reached the pier, Sophie jumped right off and dashed away from it just as the giant hand emerged once again. she turned around just in time to see it take the barge and drag it under.
At least she was safe here....right?
Taking a look around, Sophie saw several makeshift houses and looming structures, along with plants and picket fences. Judging from the Lost One she saw earlier, and the messages scrawled everywhere, she realized this was their home. They learned to make their own little town when they acknowledged that they'll be trapped down here forever.
her heart ached as she remembered all of those Lost Ones she encountered, recalling how hopeful they sounded when she comforted one of them and promised to help them. But she carried on.
Ahead of her, there were papers with handprints covering the wall, surrounding a boarded-up doorway of some sort. Above it was a banner that read "NOT MONSTERS". When she held the Seeing Tool up out of curiosity, the message changed to "ONCE PEOPLE, NOW FALLEN INTO DESPAIR."
Sophie: Well... my previous assumption was right. They were just innocent people who have fallen victim to Bendy's machinations-
''BETRAYED!!! ABANDONED!!!''
Sophie: HOLY SHI- OAO !!!
(A scream made Sophie jump and nearly drop the Seeing Tool, so she scrambled to pick it back up and stow it away as she saw the boards split in half. They fell one by one until a familiar figure stepped out of the darkness and into the light.)
Sophie: S-Sammy?!
Sammy: I trusted you! ( accusingly, pointing to her with his axe.) I gave you everything...and you left me to rot!! Why?!! WHY?!!!
Sophie: Hey! I didn't do anything to you!
Sammy: I'm going to cut that smile right off your face!
Sophie: Chill out! I don't even know what you're on about!
Sammy: You lie! you ALWAYS lie! you said you'd save me, you said you'd set me free! now I have nothing! NOTHING!
Sophie: (thinking) Does he...really think I'm Bendy?! Maybe any fragment of sanity he had left was finally gone when the Ink Demon turned on him as he tried sacrificing me some time ago!
Sammy: My Lord! why have you foresaken me?!
Sophie: Sammy..I'm not him. I'm not Bendy! I'm-!
Sammy: LIAR! YOU'RE ALL LIARS!
(His axe nearly slashed her arm, but Sophie was quick to shield herself with her pipe. Once it was obvious he wasn't going to listen to anything she said, she realized that the only option left was to fight him. So she aggressively struck him when he stopped attacking her like a madman. Fortunately his swings were sluggish and predictable, so she had little to no trouble finding an opening to gain the upper hand.
Finally, Sophie managed to smack his mask off his face.)
Sammy: No!! Don't look at me! ( stumbled back, covering his face as he dropped his axe to the ground) S-Stay away..I-I'm...I'm sorry. I didn't want to do this!
(Soon, the fire burning in her dispelled as Sophie saw how shaken up he seemed by her attack. she wasn't sure if she trusted his words or not, but when Sophie heard him start to sniffle, she lowered her weapon, setting it on the ground, before she put her hands up.)
Sophie: Alright Sammy...it's gonna be...alright. I didn't wanna do this either. We don't have to fight. I wanna be free as much as you do...c'mon. There's still hope for you. You can have a normal life, and-"
(Suddenly, When she set a comforting hand on his shoulder, Sammy suddenly grabbed her by the tank top, forcing her to gaze into his hollow, eyeless sockets.)
Sammy: Enough! You lied to me!! You said I'd be free! Well I'm going to "free" you now! (shoves her to the ground, although before she could get up, he stepped on her chest as he picked up his axe) Free your head right off your shoulders!!
(As she struggled to push him off her, Sophie's eyes widened as she noticed Tom sneaking up behind Sammy, wielding an axe of his own.)
Sammy: Sheep, sheep sheep...it's time for...sleep~
(The moment Sammy raised his weapon to finally finish Sophie off, that was when Tom struck him in the head, leaving the axe stuck. With a painful grunt, the former music director collapsed beside her, now motionless as he took his last breath.
she saw Tom grab the axe, causing her to look back up at him. For a second or two, he looked down at her menacingly, before his harsh gaze softened and he...handed her the axe?
Surprised at his change of heart, she smiled and took it from him, standing back up.)
Sophie: Thanks, Tom. What made you change your mind about hacking me to pieces? -w-
"When we reached the neighborhood, we heard your reluctance to kill Sammy. You still saw humanity in him...and in us."
(Glancing over, Sophie saw Allison and Bailey appear with smiles of of their own.)
Bailey: His mind was already too far gone...but at least you tried to reason with him. That's when Tom and I realized you weren't a threat. Once again I'm really sorry, Sophie, for abandoning you.
Sophie: It's alright. From now on..we stick together.
(she reached a hand out to Tom, offering him a truce. At first, he seemed hesitant, but eventually he smiled and shook Sophie's hand with his robotic one.)
(But moments later, though, Sophie saw Sammy's body dissolve into the ground, before it began to rumble and shake violently.)
Sophie: W-Woah..what the hell is that? It couldn't be...him, right?
Allison: I don't think so... ( tense as she looked around.) The Searchers and Lost Ones built this place. Sammy must have kept them at bay. Now that he's gone-
(Hearing a series of groans, Sophie gasped as she saw numerous Searchers emerge from the shallow puddles of ink that surrounded the village, as well as Lost Ones armed with planks, wrenches, and pipes come out of hiding. But instead of seeing hopelessness and despair in their glowing orange eyes, there was only rage.)
Allison: Looks like we're in for a fight! Get ready!
(Sophie, Allison, and Tom stood by one another, drawing their weapons as the ink creatures closed in on them, as Bailey retreated to a hiding spot to watch the fight since he had no weapon of his own.)
Sophie: (pulls out and cocks her Tommy Gun) At least this time, I'm not fighting alone!
Allison: Watch Out! here they come!
finally, once all of them were slain. Sophie, Tom, and Allison stood in the middle of the ink-splattered village, catching their breaths and Bailey came out of his hiding spot.)
Allison: I think that's all of them. (walked towards one of the gates.) But you never know where they're gonna crawl out of next. Probably best if we stay together. ( slashed the gate with her sword, opening it, before she turned to Sophie) Sophie? Think you could lead the way?
Sophie: With pleasure. -w-
( and so, Sophie continued forth with Bailey, Allison and Tom right behind her. For a moment, though, she stopped and took out the Seeing Tool. When she turned around to check for clues, Sophie noticed that not only did Allison appear to have a halo, but now Tom had a glowing bone in his mouth.
Allison: Do you see something?
Sophie: O-Oh...uh...nope. nothing. nothing at all.
(Putting it away, Sophie turned around, only to be met with a decrepit hallway and several wooden planks that didn't look too sturdy to step on. But there were no other routes, so this would have to do. Sophie carefully walked across the first one no problem, although upon stepping on the next one, it immediately snapped and she started falling, screaming as Allison cried out her name, panic-striken. Bailey immediately went after Sophie, flying down as he saw her fall in a shallow ink river. she groaned from the pain and the fact that she lost the axe once again broke from the fall. at least she still had her Tommy Gun functioning though.)
Bailey: Are you alright, Sophie?
Sophie: I'm fine, Bailey. (holds onto the Tommy Gun and winces from the pain as she was slowly getting up) aghh...that seriously hurt...! >~<
(as Sophie waded out of the river with Bailey's help, the two headed into a small collection of rooms between the Administration Offices and the Film Vault. Upon seeing the clogged up hallway to the Vault, which held the Film Vault, Administrations, and a Gent Machine, they entered the former and discovered that the corridor leading to the vault itself was flooded with ink, meaning they had to find the missing drainage pipes.)
Bailey: seriously? Where are we gonna get those pipes?
Sophie: well, I can create those pipes in the Gent Machine using thick ink, so the source must be somewhere in Administrations room.
