Description
So a new headcanon popped in my head that Sophie was involved in the events of Mermaid Melody from as a 10 to 12 year old child.

and some time during the second season, Sophie's body and soul also get absorbed by Michel, while she tries to protect the Mermaid Princesses present, as well as Mira, the Sea Nymph, that accompanied her, who blamed herself for being unable to protect the young brunette girl.

meanwhile, after Sophie realizing she is inside Michel, alongside Seira, who was also absorbed just before she was born, she desperately tried to find a way out, but to no avail. and, due to her being highly emotionally sensitive, and having an empathic heart, she, as well as Seira, felt the sorrow and loneliness of their shared captor. and Sophie, not only did she fail to try to break out of Michel's hold on her and Seira's souls, she started to lose hope that anyone would come and save them, and soon felt so alone, so much to the point that she broke down crying. Seira saw this, and comforted poor Sophie, who reveals to her that she has experience with loneliness before and admits that she is scared as she pours out her heart to the young mermaid princess.

and so, to soothe Sophie's heartache, Seira sang her song called ''Beautiful Wish'' , which came straight from her heart. and soon, as the song deeply resonated in her own heart, Sophie couldn't help but sing along with her, both of their voices creating a beautiful dreamscape around them. Seira's voice created the sea, alongside the rising sun, while Sophie's voice created the sky that was full of shining stars.

that moment forged a powerful friendship between Sophie and Seira. until they are rescued by their friends, they enjoy the company of one another.
