Watcher 0.5 is a robot created by Dr. Eggman. It’s purpose is to spy on sonic and his friends. Of course. Like most of Dr. Eggman’s robots, he turns against him. But instead of going to Cream the rabbit ( like gemerl & emerl ) he goes Rouge the bat. I will explain why in another drawing of him.
