Description: I bear an unusual love of snakes, but I was uncertain how to approach these strange, slithery beings. As a result, I turned to online references for aid. In total, this is my copy of a talented individual's work, although I gave the snake a noticeable smile. Perhaps, it is rather eerie for a realistic snake to appear happy, but I always believed this could be the case. I hope to, one day, have a pet snake that smiles at me.

In conclusion, this sketch was more of an exercise and a way to grant me experience at drawing a diverse range of animals. I am excited to use snake-like subjects in future pieces in an increasingly creative manner.
