Updated! (Jan. 13, 2011)v3.1 changes:
Fixed skin to work after Game-monitor.com changed the coding of their pages.
Had to remove the option to launch the game using the skin. Sorry
Added variables to increase the ease of customization.
Now distributed using the .rmskin format. Simply double click and it should install on its own.
As always, comments/suggestions appreciated.
