The sign said no swimming the locals said the area of water was enchanted taking what to wanted to replace its eco system but to Sophie the water was so inviting a blue green colour with patters of coral visible through the sparking water.She looked around then dived in. It was warm and felt like it was embracing her as she dived taking in the wondrous coral below then she felt like the water was embracing her and somehow getting into her actual skin she felt like something was moving on her forehead and felt 2 long protrusions brushing her hair back they spring free and her hair separated
And floated away she swam to the surface but something told her not to in the back of her mind as more of her turned orange and began to change she felt the urge to open her mouth and found she could breathe underwater as her eyes bulged and her face reformed as if the water was changing her being she couldn’t see but she now became a orange skinned sea creature and as her limbs changed and she grew more her entire body began to shrink as she kicked with her many new limbs propelling herself in her new form through the warm waters. She felt somehow content even though she was nothing more than a tiny prawn 🦐
