WOW! I can definitely see a lot of work went into this, but perhaps you should take some reference off of a lion running, not a cheetah. Cheetahs are the fastest running land animals because they run in a way that their back legs spring forward and their front legs kinda break the fall and push it even more. Lions run with each paw individually pulling it's own weight, but they are still pretty fast.

Very nice! I like it! If you used Flash I suggest you get rid of some on the in-betweens, it will be it faster. SummerisleDog is right about the tail. If you ever get back to it, it would be cool to see some fur ruffling from the wind!

Wow, looks great! Running sequences are hard!!!!! Only suggestions are making the tail move more, and also, I'm not entirely sure but I think a lioness' head moves more that a cheetah's when she runs. But I could be wrong about that too lol

Nice! The run looks great! The only critique I have is just a follow through motion for the tail. Seeing your animation makes me want to dig out my unused animation paper and try to relearn it. lol Keep up the great work!

No problem! You got the movement right. Seeing the tail reminds me how much I hate follow through.... lol It took me forever to figure it out... and I think I forgot it again. I feel so rusty! Maybe I'll give it a shot this weekend... with the good ol' basics of a ball bounce. I still have all my animation frames in a box some where...
Keep on practicing! You can only improve. Seeing your animation reminds me of how much work goes into those 18 frames... which some people don't see. I'll be rooting for ya!
