i have used your picture in one of mine and i am sorry if this offends you. i didn't kno it was yours because i got it off of google. i'll delete the pic if you want me too. go look at it though b4 you answer, i have been getting a lot of heat [and not the good kind] about it and i would rather like the original artist's opinion than sum other ppl's who i have never met and have no claim over the pic.

You see, it's pretty obvious why you get negative comments on that picture of yours. After all, all you did was taking random pictures off google, throw them together, and upload it here. There are several things wrong with this:
a) taking pictures off google doesn't mean you're free to re-distribute them. It says so on the google picture search itself.
b) you didn't even state that you didn't draw/edit a single of those pictures. Uploading things to DA usually implies this.
c) you didn't give credits to the original artists. There's a simple rule: If you don't know who drew a picture, and whether you're allowed to re-use it, DON'T use it.
I usually allow people to reuse my pictures as long as they give credit. But you didn't, and I'm not sure about the opinion of artist who drew the "don't touch my dirt" picture. As it is, that particular deviation goes against DA regulations and maybe it's better if you deleted it.
Alternatively, you can of course search for that other artist and ask him/her, and edit you picture description to link to the picture sources. But is it worth it?

ok. well as long as u do. then i'm glad and i assure you i agree that ppl shouldn't take credit for sumthing that's not theirs. but i don't do that i never said that any of those pics were mine unless they were completely mine originally and i'm sorry that you feel that my deviations are so unimportant. but i like to get people to laugh and smile and those pics made me smile and laugh so i thought that they would make others do the same. srry again.
