Poor Toshiro, I swear hes going to age prematurely, and get wrinkles all over his face from all that scowling. >[Anyways, I had fun with this one. I'm proud of the background, because I actually put some effort into this one.
I like the glowy captain's sign in the back. I actually made the sign thing to go with the BG. [I couldn't find a brush for it...

yeah - the 2nd Taichou leads the SMCO but it doesn't must mean, that the leader of the SMCO must be the leader of the 2nd Division 
and about the normal ranks: Renji and Ikkaku have the ability to become Taichou (at least when you just measuring it on the fact that they can use bankai).
Well - sadly it's unsaid if she obtained Shinkai or Bankai - either she doesn't have her Zanpakuto anymore and only fight wish Shunko / Shunpo and hand-to-Hand Combat or she doesn't carry it around cause she doesn't want anybody to see it - dunno. We'll just have to wait
Well - I guess so. Urahara is one big mysterium. We all know that he's strong but he didn't act directly - he helps Ichigo and the others a lot but don't seem to get involved with the Soul Society or the fight between them and the Espada. We'll see about him

True, but Urahara was the previous leader or w.e it is, and also a captain. Mayuri has replaced him in both positions now, and they do the same thing.. I don't know.
Lol. Renji and Ikkaku don't seem like they would be strong enough to be captains. xDD They were defeated that easily..but thats only because I'm comparing them to Ichigo.
Also, Hitsugaya notes that Urahara had been thinking about something ever since Yammy and Ulquiorra made their appearances in the real world. Hes up to something. Maybe he'll actually join the fight this time.
Though, I don't know why either Yoruichi or Urahara even help SS anymore.

yup - I know that Urahara was the leader of thr 12th division - research lab but he get "banned" after he ran away. At least till know he hardly get himself involved with the Espada. kay: he helped Ichigo and the others agains Yammy as well as he kinda "fought" a few minutes against Luppi but other than that he doens't seem to act. We'll see about him and Yoruichi but I also think, that those two will surprise us some day and kick some major ass
Why those two help the SS I also wanna know - well Urahara seems to help Ichigo more than actually SS and Ichigo also doens't "work" for SS or wanna get involved to much with them (too bad - I would die if I could live there <- at least I'd have to die to actually get there XD), same goes for Yoruichi cause she mainly helps Ichigo or Rukia -> but at least she seems to worked with the SS in the 2nd OVA (or she wanted to help Ichigo again, dunno *lol*) also she act in the diamond dust rebellion (alongside of Soi

Yeah, I re-looked today for a subbed version of 155 and found it. Then I went to the website and read up on it. Now I can really understand their points of view. I agree, the people that have a problem should just shut up and watch the raws, seems like the sure deserve it.
