What software did you use for these logos?

I used Photoshop mainly... I used a bit of Illustrator to manage fonts in some of them.

In terms of creativity (the harder to me) its just impossible to say... I could suggest some books for creativity, but its boring
In terms of skill with the software, just practice... do coloring, illustration, photomanipulation... your logos at least will looks nice.
If you mix creativity with skill, then you have a winner.

I usually use photoshop cs for the rendering and sometimes when I need some kind of changes in the fonts y use Illustrator cs... its all
