Went to try out some other coloring methods I learned on youtube and some lighting effects, and happy to say I like the results. Could've been a bit better, but I'm fine with that.

Flying through the night, Masezaru is flying back home to Cinnabar Island, where a new town is slowly building after the eruption, from his long flight across Kanto to meet with his friend from Kalos that is in the region for a visit. Satisfied to seeing his close friend and rival, he looked down in the night rocky lands near Mt. Moon, he noticed something going on down there. He slowly lowers altitude for a closer look, and notice that there is remnant of Team Rocket, judging by their outfit he can see under the clear night sky, the moonlight shining down bright chasing after some wild Pokémon as it soon hides somewhere. Determined, he stops in midair, and darts upward with a strong gust of his wings and dives down in front of them, cracking the ground beneath him followed by a short blast of his wings that flapped once, with his tail flame burning bright, and eyes glowing. The two Rocket grunts were surprised to see Masezaru here as they slightly stepped back from his presence. "I thought those two legendary trainers would be a good reason you guys to be dispersed?" He asked, not wanting to hear their answer and standing up in full length facing them and cracking his knuckles as he can tell they want to fight and capture him. Clearly, their fault for facing him. "Oh well, guess I can help cement that you guys aren't welcome here..." Masezaru pulled out one Pokémon from his current team, a Lucario, as this was one of them that got to help assist in the Team Rocket beat down as he too wants a piece of the action. Internally, he smiles to himself he always wanted to do a dynamic landing in front of some villains...
