My Kiriban *xiccibanx requested something with a Dark Asylum with a Dark mood to it.
i drew this from what i see a disturbed mind as. things u see an hear when ur not in control.
im glad He caught it cause he is a good friend on DA.

Awesome! XD I really like the light actually, it flows into the picture nicely. But I think that you really only need one source of light here so you could get rid of one of the light spots if you wanted to. Either way it would look nice. :smile:
I also like the water effect too and the demons are just amazing. Their twisted faces convey a strong sense of anguish and you really get a feeling of their pain from the expressions on their faces. The doll is also very intersting because its so different from the demons. Great work with this, it looks fantastic.

It's a heavy picture, it's not just dark (or perhaps morbid) but i lingers on the brink of depicting insanity (what is sanity compaired to insanity anyways?). For working with so many dark media colours at once, it works well together (not over burdened). ^-^ And that's my imput (I look way too deep into things).

Not quite exam time here yet, but I just finished mid-terms. And oh how I relish in the fact that my school bag is a thousand times lighter. Being so caught up in school and working, I haven't gotten to any art of worth, and I miss it. TT-TT BUT! I'm taking some time off in May to go to Anime North in Toronto, so I'm defnately going to take time to draw.
