I realized when I started this that I couldn't fit all of the Phantom Express so here's the Blind Spector and T-Bone(is that what call him?) I'm separating them into 3 parts, next is those lighting spewing things.

It was a nightmare drawing that skeleton in a train, I tried very hard. Also added some yellow in his eye sockets just to match everyone in the Phantom Express
Blind Spector was very easy, I kept his design very simple and when with a hooded robe look, very simple but I kinda like it.
