a human cinnamoroll design!yaaay!
i plan on calling him charles/charlie when i view him more as an OC
his initial concept when first made was a sporty fashionista able to still easily skate easily
his jacket was based off of a piece of official art that i slowly fell in love with while designing him.
i plan on doing most of the "main" sanrio cast down the line at my own accord.
