Face-Chiseled, Has a painted look of seriousness and discipline. He has a large scar over his right eye causing permanent blindness.

Base of Operations: Underneath his “Olympian Fitness” Gym.

By Day: He works at “Olympian Fitness” gym teaching various Martial Arts Styles, Body Building Techniques, and/or personal training. His gym is located within Angel Falls and is open to everyone with a few rules beforehand. His training does have a prerequisite that everyone follows before coming to the next session.

At Night: Mercenary/Assassin for hire.

Personality type:

Civilian: He is relatively calmed, intuitive, and quite knowledgeable. Should someone sit down with him they will find him wise and almost like a typical father figure to those who actually make a connection with him. He can be strict and can institute discipline but it is usually for the best of those that he connects to.

Mercenary: Emotionless, cold, and ruthless. The Reaper represents the pent up aggression of Vince over centuries of hardships and it displays through his job. The Reaper is a tool of destruction and is cold to display it; he takes no shits and doesn’t give a damn about excuses.

Skills:

Martial Arts Training: Has had Centuries to develop, practice, and master various arts of armed and unarmed combat. Vince is no doubt a prodigy of the martial arts world and has bested those of similar skill and even toppled the super powered through his training. He has even mastered being able to study an opponent and pick out various flaws or weaknesses to their styles and attacks and adapt to them.

Criminal Investigation: Vince has spent time studying criminal investigation, law enforcement, and forensic sciences. Vince can level up to an entire Federal Bureau of experience with his granted levels of expertise.

Mercenary Training: Espionage, Infiltration, Hacking, and other areas were a necessary for Vince to work under in order to kick start his career as a trained mercenary. Vince has infiltrated high level security targets to extract information or targets and can leave without a bare trace of evidence.

Military Training: Accumulating over 240 years of service in the Marines. Vince is trained under various arts that the military emphasizes such as firearms, leadership, close combat, knife fighting, and intensive survival.

Powers:

Retractable Spikes : Vince is able to deploy a set of three claws from his knuckles, which are lined throughout his entire arm, shoulders, back, legs, and even under his feet. The spikes have the unique ability to draw in a toxin if dipped in but Vince’s default toxin is a powerful neuro-toxin that attacks and disables the electronic receptor flow in the neurons of a person’s body. The duration of the toxin has been known to last about 24 hours, but it depends on the amount of the toxin injected and the person in question.

Regeneration : Vince is able to heal quickly from most wounds, and the regeneration has a built in memory, meaning that his regeneration will remember the toxin in his system if it healed it once. The regeneration is capable of fixing muscular, tissue, internal, and even psionic damage to his mind if given enough time to. The regeneration is memory effective meaning that Vince can and will heal quicker to a repeated attack or injury.

Heightened Senses : Vince's senses are keen due to his natural genetic mutation, the senses vary in strength to both how much of the other senses he uses and if there are other "objects" blocking his senses.

Stamina : Vince's stamina allows him to go through fights without slowing down; however, he does tire out and continues to work on his stamina through both training and martial arts positions.

Combat Suit Abilities:

"The Shroud " : Built early into his career, this cloak like device is coated in nanobots to blend him into his surroundings giving him an extra boost in stealth technology. The technology hasn’t been tested to super abilities but most technological devices wouldn’t recognize Vince as the shroud takes him off the map.

Acro-Boots : His boots give him enhanced mobility in the field when he wears them. The effects of the boots are enhanced speed, heightened leaping, friction resistance, and even shift when he uses his spikes on the bottoms of his feet to scale walls or offer their own spikes when he is busy.

Mask : His mask allows him to contain a communicator, with a built in voice modifier making him sound deeper than his actual voice. The mask also has many features such as zoom in eyes and respirator when present in dangerous environments. The mask connects to the under mesh after being put on, and it is extremely difficult to find where the suit and the mask break.

Equipment:

Pentadidranium Knives : Vince carries several knives composed of the same metallic element that is in his skeletal system. Each knife is shaped and constructed to be like the Military Issued KBAR knife. Vince received knife throwing training to overcome the obvious difficulty in closing in wide spaces. The knives have a tracking devices built into the blade to allow Vince to find them to prevent enemies from the possibility of reverse engineering the metal.

Remington 870: Due to his military background, Vince is a well-rounded in armed weapons. One of his prime weapons is a Remington 870 shotgun. Constructed from scratch with a very durable titanium alloy mix, Vince hand made this shotgun either by himself or assistance with his brother. One of the noticeable features is a two fingerprint set recognition system. The first set is used to load the barrel into the chamber and the second makes the shotgun capable to fire. Vocal recognition software allows Vince to load custom shells into the chamber at vocal commands when presented with “tricky” situations. (Think the Lawgiver that Judge Dredd uses)

Barrett M82: A sniper rifle in its own class, Vince prefers to take out his quick assassinations with this rifle. Built with the same alloy used in his other armaments and using the same vocal program to change clips, Vince can alter the scenario with just a command. The shells are coated in a thin layer of acid that breaks upon entry. The acid is designed to eat through metallic substances so no traces of his rounds are left behind.

Berretta M9: Carrying dual pistols, Vince resorts to these where his skills can’t carry over. Usually against targets who prefer to stay at a distance, Vince implements basic firearms training as he uses a pair of dual pistols coated with a similar alloy and implementing a vocal program as his other armaments. Vince modified these pistols to look like Berrettas but have the force and the kickback of a Smith and Wesson Model 500 revolver giving them an extra punch.

Nanoid: Samuel Collin’s (Freedom Knight) crowning achievement, the Nanoid mixes the elements of nanotechnology with biological engineering as it is a microscopic robotic entity that can help its user repair, determine, and assess biological issues and associate the proper care. It can also be used for researching purposes as it allows itself, with the right modification to its programming, to copy, synthesize and replicate any element it has encountered by copying its atomic structure. Vince has asked for implementation with a highlights towards analysis, combat assistance, and computer software hacking.

BOB: The “extra eyes” of the vigilante, BOB is a highly complex artificial intelligence that is ever adapting to the environment around it. BOB models after a similar program after Freedom Knight’s parent model; however, this models is more refined and dedicated to on job assistance than just universal assistance.

Weaknesses:

Electricity : Vince can't contain a firm block against electricity, the flowing currents are too fast for him to avoid or contain within his metallic skeleton, so electrocuting him is very disadvantageous when a constant stream is hitting him. Electricity behaves the same way in him as it does through a metal rod, if it is not grounded Vince won’t feel a thing but should he be grounded he is going to have a constant stream through his body. The alloy in his body does dampen the electricity's potential damage and the healing factor does fix the internal damages that it does.

Cold : Vince's metallic structure is susceptible to below freezing temperatures, which can stiffen his metallic bones to the point of where he can't bend his joints to provide basic mobility.

Physical Beating : Vince may have mastered in most forms of hand to hand combat, but he is still capable of receiving a knockout blow from either a super strength individual or another fighter. Also, if someone were successful to pin him down could literally kick the shit out of him.

Heat : Vince is capable of being dehydrated inside his own armor. Even though the suit's inner suit can sustain Vince in extreme conditions. He can still be capable of passing out to dehydration and muscular fatigue.

Psychics : During his time venturing through Asia he met a monk colony where he sat with their leader and helped layer his mind against psychics. Even though he isn't a pro at telepathic defense his mind is layered to resist mentalists in terms of strength; however, should there be a telepath strong enough to shatter the layers his mind is completely exposed.

Psychological Instability : After taking a recent psychological screening, he is reported to have suffered severe "Post Traumatic Stress" that sometimes leads him to have aggressive outbursts, which leaves him exposed and vulnerable. The same condition leaves his mind in an animal-like state, which can make a huge opening for psychics to attack him. The same screening revealed that he contains no empathy to those who strike against him, and is capable of committing chained murders for no reason.

Background:

Vince was born on a farm in a farmland of, what is now Southern Texas, to a wealthy landowner and a loving wife. Vince was the oldest of the children born, but during his youth he was constantly in the care of maids and nurses as his immune system was horrible. Over time he was soon able to get back onto his feet and by 5 he was in the fields with his father and the slaves they brought over with them. During one of their crop harvests, Vince ventured out into a part of the field and discovered a Rattlesnake buried within the dirt. With curiosity overtaking him, Vince bent down to investigate what the new creature was and the beast snapped at him. Vince was immediately on the edge of death as the poison soon overtook him. His father and mother prayed for a miracle, and one did arrive. Vince’s bite marks were recovering themselves and his skin returned back to normal with Vince spitting out the toxin from the snake. Vince’s father drew a negative scientific curiosity to what had given Vince the ability to overtake the venom and soon began to theorize that his soon was possessed by demonic forces. With this constant fear in his mind Vince’s father went onto an alcoholic spree to drink away his troubles; however, one night he came in completely intoxicated, reached for the family rifle, and blew his wife’s brains out as an attempt to halt the demonic overtaking. Seeing his mother dead on the ground sent Vince into a ballistic, animal like state which resulted in him puncturing his father’s chest cavity, with a severe decapitation soon afterwards. With the townspeople coming in to the sounds of gunshot, Vince took his brother’s hand and fled into Indian Territory for safety.

Spending the next few years under Indian village care, Vince and his brother learned the arts and secrets of survival in the wilderness. The Indian chieftains saw Vince as unique and later named him “Swift Death” for Vince’s ability to strike without warning and usually putting down what he touched. Eventually, Vince and his brother made it into the colonies and enlisted into the armed forces, what would be later known as the United States Marines. Keeping his abilities under wraps Vince fought in the later parts of the American Revolution. After the war was over Vince went to purchase farmland in Southern Virginia and worked on the farmland with his brother as his only help. This cycle repeated itself whenever a major war or conflict came up until World War II.

During Vince’s tour into Europe during World War II, Vince’s battalion was ambushed by the Nazi forces and all but Vince was slaughtered. Vince was preserved because the soldiers witnessed Vince healing from the effects of an extreme bombardment and wanted to experiment with Vince’s natural healing factor. Under high authority command super soldier project “Hunter” was established and Vince went under various physical and mental tortures that eventually broke him and persuaded him to go under an excessive bioengineering surgery that implemented a mineral-metal alloy translated from the German name as “Pentadidranium”. The surgery entailed a set of needles positioned over his body and bore down to the surface of his skeletal skeleton. Once there, the metal oozed out of its high temperature chamber and began to coat Vince’s skeleton. The sheering pain of being burned away on the inside drove Vince into a rage not even he knew about; however, his life would soon end with the heart monitors pronouncing the man dead…or so they would think. After 10 minutes of the procedure, the heart monitor sprung to life as Vince thrashed in the containment capsule. The Nazis couldn’t have even guessed the perfect merging of the metal and Vince being the only subject to survive. After the experiment the Nazi party began to develop a method of extracting the healing factor with a theory that if their soldiers couldn’t be blow away by tanks or taken down by bullets, then it would preserve their right in the war.

After several months of being a part of this program, Vince’s true nature began to surface and rebel against the Nazi leaders. He finally broke free at the end of World War II, sabotaged the base, and left the base as it exploded leaving the secrets buried underneath the rubble and snow for decades to come. Vince soon began to explore the European continent as he found various martial arts temples that helped him implement his fighting into better use. In the 1980’s, Vince returned to the states as a changed man as he now was strict, cruel, and overall cold as he lived in isolation. He opened up his gym to help instruct others to defend themselves as he saw that most of everyone was oblivious to the hardships that the world could throw at them. He taught for several decades in Texas until he had the urge to change scenery and move to Angel Falls.

At Angel Falls, Vince re-established his gym and soon found his brother had survived the prolonged absence, establishing a Genetic Firm. With his brother’s advice Vince took it upon himself to guise as a masked vigilante to purge the wicked from the streets. With his brother’s own bio-mechanical engineering Vince was crafted a body armor that adapted over the years. With the help of brother Vince is starting a path of self-atonement through the sins of his past by helping to keep others safe. Vince strives to not only to further strive to continue his masked mercenary operation but give the citizens of Angel Falls the opportunity that was robbed from him when he was little…to live life at its fullest.

Characteristics of the Metals:

Durability : The metal that coats Vince’s skeleton is virtually unbreakable. Several tests before the surgery have concluded that the metal is five times the durability of diamond. The metal helps the endurance of Vince’s body as it helps keep his body intact.

Sharpness : Like above, Vince’s claws are able to remain their razor sharp potential as they have been proven to cut through metal such as Tungsten, Titanium, Steel, and even the rare Iridium. It is unknown at this point if he can cut through invulnerable tissue or separate indestructible muscular frames.

Energy Absorption/Redirection : One of the properties the Nazis never guessed when engineering this alloy was that it granted the alloy the ability to absorb various forms of energy. Redirecting them came natural with all metals but when it was modified and adapted to Vince’s skeleton it gave it the ability to channel any energy and enhance Kinetic properties. In terms it means if Vince gets close enough to an energy user he can hit harder than normally should.

Notes:
1. Vince’s brother’s identity is the heroic “Freedom Knight”. Vince often goes to him for help, guidance, or even upgrades to his ever-evolving combat suit.
2. During their encounter, Samuel convinced Vince to implant bio mechanical nanobot known as the “Nanoid”. This allows Vince to have a complete diagnostic of himself, allow the artificial program “BOB” to help diagnose several scents, sounds, and sights from the sensory receptors of his body, and to even help maintain stability to his body. This also allows him to interface with the suit’s technology.
3. Vince might not have super strength, but due to his training, his surgery, and even his own regeneration factor applying to the repair of his muscular system Vince is easily the strongest non Super-Strength male athlete in Angel Falls.
4. Despite having a healing factor, Vince’s body does have a Marine tattoo that has a brother tattoo that is on his brother’s right shoulder.
5. Most Marines may have heard about Vince’s career through various rumors. Vince is a no nonsense, harsh soldier that is easily deadly if pissed off or focused.
6. Him and his brother (Freedom Knight) are commonly referred to in the media as "America's Sons". This was the nickname established when the truth came out that they were far older than they let on being born before the Revolutionary War.

During Vince’s tour into Europe during World War II, Vince’s battalion was ambushed by the Nazi forces and all but Vince was slaughtered. Vince was preserved because the soldiers witnessed Vince healing from the effects of an extreme bombardment and wanted to experiment with Vince’s natural healing factor. Under high authority command super soldier project “Hunter” was established and Vince went under various physical and mental tortures that eventually broke him and persuaded him to go under an excessive bioengineering surgery that implemented a mineral-metal alloy translated from the German name as “Pentadidranium”. The surgery entailed a set of needles positioned over his body and bore down to the surface of his skeletal skeleton. Once there, the metal oozed out of its high temperature chamber and began to coat Vince’s skeleton. The sheering pain of being burned away on the inside drove Vince into a rage not even he knew about; however, his life would soon end with the heart monitors pronouncing the man dead…or so they would think. After 10 minutes of the procedure, the heart monitor sprung to life as Vince thrashed in the containment capsule. The Nazis couldn’t have even guessed the perfect merging of the metal and Vince being the only subject to survive. After the experiment the Nazi party began to develop a method of extracting the healing factor with a theory that if their soldiers couldn’t be blow away by tanks or taken down by bullets, then it would preserve their right in the war.

After several months of being a part of this program, Vince’s true nature began to surface and rebel against the Nazi leaders. He finally broke free at the end of World War II, sabotaged the base, and left the base as it exploded leaving the secrets buried underneath the rubble and snow for decades to come. Vince soon began to explore the European continent as he found various martial arts temples that helped him implement his fighting into better use. In the 1980’s, Vince returned to the states as a changed man as he now was strict, cruel, and overall cold as he lived in isolation. He opened up his gym to help instruct others to defend themselves as he saw that most of everyone was oblivious to the hardships that the world could throw at them. He taught for several decades in Texas until he had the urge to change scenery and move to Angel Falls.

At Angel Falls, Vince re-established his gym and soon found his brother had survived the prolonged absence, establishing a Genetic Firm. With his brother’s advice Vince took it upon himself to guise as a masked vigilante to purge the wicked from the streets. With his brother’s own bio-mechanical engineering Vince was crafted a body armor that adapted over the years. With the help of brother Vince is starting a path of self-atonement through the sins of his past by helping to keep others safe. Vince strives to not only to further strive to continue his masked mercenary operation but give the citizens of Angel Falls the opportunity that was robbed from him when he was little…to live life at its fullest.

Characteristics of the Metals:

Durability : The metal that coats Vince’s skeleton is virtually unbreakable. Several tests before the surgery have concluded that the metal is five times the durability of diamond. The metal helps the endurance of Vince’s body as it helps keep his body intact.

Sharpness : Like above, Vince’s claws are able to remain their razor sharp potential as they have been proven to cut through metal such as Tungsten, Titanium, Steel, and even the rare Iridium. It is unknown at this point if he can cut through invulnerable tissue or separate indestructible muscular frames.

Energy Absorption/Redirection : One of the properties the Nazis never guessed when engineering this alloy was that it granted the alloy the ability to absorb various forms of energy. Redirecting them came natural with all metals but when it was modified and adapted to Vince’s skeleton it gave it the ability to channel any energy and enhance Kinetic properties. In terms it means if Vince gets close enough to an energy user he can hit harder than normally should.

Notes:
1. Vince’s brother’s identity is the heroic “Freedom Knight”. Vince often goes to him for help, guidance, or even upgrades to his ever-evolving combat suit.
2. During their encounter, Samuel convinced Vince to implant bio mechanical nanobot known as the “Nanoid”. This allows Vince to have a complete diagnostic of himself, allow the artificial program “BOB” to help diagnose several scents, sounds, and sights from the sensory receptors of his body, and to even help maintain stability to his body. This also allows him to interface with the suit’s technology.
3. Vince might not have super strength, but due to his training, his surgery, and even his own regeneration factor applying to the repair of his muscular system Vince is easily the strongest non Super-Strength male athlete in Angel Falls.
4. Despite having a healing factor, Vince’s body does have a Marine tattoo that has a brother tattoo that is on his brother’s right shoulder.
5. Most Marines may have heard about Vince’s career through various rumors. Vince is a no nonsense, harsh soldier that is easily deadly if pissed off or focused.
6. Him and his brother (Freedom Knight) are commonly referred to in the media as "America's Sons". This was the nickname established when the truth came out that they were far older than they let on being born before the Revolutionary War.
