Just made this Pirate treasure chest to store my gradually growing collection of dice. I started attending weekly D&D sessions for the first time back in November, in my new local bookstore. Apart from one person, all my party members are new people to me and they've all been kind and welcoming to my newbie self (most of my dice was given to me by one of them)

I got the chest itself for cheap from my workplace and the rest is mostly reused leftovers from past craft projects (the map is from the remaining pieces of decoupage paper I used for the back of my Pirate scrapbook I made back in May).

The coin with the skull & cross bones on the front of the chest is a little momento from my trip to the Isle of Wight from August. I got it from a seaside pirate amusement park. They were meant to be used on rides but I kept one because how could I not? I'm glad I now have somewhere to keep it safe. Once again, the quality I'm able to produce when it comes to crafts now makes me so happy!
