Description
'Nom-Nom of the Dragonspear'
Last week my patrons requested me again to illustrate the prompt: A kobold!
I showed the sketch to Anto Desormeaux (an extremely clever lore-creator here in Chile) in which the kobold had a plain wooden spear instead of the one that he is wielding here and she, on the spot, thought all of this:
"Maybe he found a skeleton with a tooth lodged in it and he was like A DRAGON'S TOOTH MY GREATEST TREASURE... but actually he has no way of verifying that it really is a dragon's tooth. I mean maybe but he's a kobold not a scholar.
If you suggest it might not be a dragon's tooth after all he'll take offense so... everyone just leaves it at that.
Eventually the party stumble upon a scholar and he's like hmmm it belonged to this relative of dragons, but it was a juvenile, and the kobold is like SEE I TOLD YOU ALL IT WAS A DRAGON!
It's still not actually a dragon, it's some other thing like a wyrm but he's so happy that everyone's like yes ok you were right because who are we to destroy such happiness."
Thanks for your support, especially to my patrons that allow me to keep attempting to create art.
