In September 11, 2001 (probably almost 20 years ago), the 2 tallest buildings in New York City were destroyed by 2 different planes (from different times). A terrorist known as Osama Bin Laden send several terrorists to the first plane (from American Airlines) to kill the 2 pilots and turn the plane to New York. The first building they crash to was the North Tower of the World Trade Center. Lots of people think that this was probably an accident. A few moments later, another plane from somewhere outside of America crashed into the South Tower. It was bigger than the first plane. That's were we first knew that was a terrorist attack. Later on the third plane was send to the Pentagon in Washington D.C. And the last one was supposed to destroy the Capital Building, but some heroes of the plane defeat the Terrorists and save that building and died by crashing to the fields. But that doesn't stop with the more tragic of our losts. Because the twin towers collapsed and the people were running for their lives. Most people survived the from the towers. But others didn't.

After 17 years later, the Freedom Tower and Ground Zero were made and gave us the memorial of the people that worked at those towers, that died during that same day.

We will never forget it. We will always remember.
