Backstory: Sp3nc3r was born in a small city that had been around before Inkopolis opened throughout his life. He was an inkling who took his education seriously growing up. However, that didn’t mean he didn’t have problems with his school life. He has a hard time concentrating on his studies both at home and at school. Oftentimes, he worries that he won’t be smart enough to have friends. Once he turned 14, he began maintaining his humanoid form but wasn’t ready to move out of his mom’s house. When Inkopolis opened up, Sp3nc3r found an apartment complex for newcomers to Inkopolis. But as a new life starts for him, so does a new adventure for Sp3nc3r. Now he comes of age to see if he’ll make new friends and form a team. Along the way, he participated in Ink Battles from his first day in Inkopolis but was restricted from playing Splatfests. However, Sp3nc3r’s life changed when he first met Jessica in Octo Valley, and they both have been best friends ever since.
