Gorgeous. I'm curious, though, about that pendant you've got Loki wearing. There seems to be no one symbol that's unequivocally associated with him (hardly surprising!) though I have seen people using snake-themed symbols, as well as various runes. This one, however, is new to me. Can you explain why you chose it?

Its the mjolnir (Thor's hammer). Most Odinists/Asatru wear one. Seeing as how in many of the Norse myths Loki and Thor traveled together I can see how/why the artist saw it fit that Loki would wear one. Even got the scarred lips. Good job spanielf. I love this piece.

That is a brilliant Loki, love the detail of the tablet woven belt too.
The old heathen Loki was a far more positive character than is know today, before he got demonised by the influence of Christian mythology.
There are strong indications that Thor and Loki are good friends in the older myths, so why shouldn't he wear a hammer?

Oh my, this is soooo cool! I was searching for a not-black-haired-Marvel-Loki, for the one with long, red hair. I always imagined him, being god of fire, with long red hair. I love his looks here and the scars on his lips. And the not extremely-muscled body. Very, very nice!
