Description
An idea originated because I thought of Ra-Moon still being active and is just in the midst of space along with the Stardroids. They plot on causing global chaos (again) by cloning Dr. Light's lines of robots in an order to frame him. The blame is also directed at Dr. Wily, but he's also a bit baffled or enraged when there seems to be darken copies of his robots as well!
These clones are also prone to effect both human and robot mental. All living things, in fact, seem to contract symptoms that only radiate when one of these clones are around.

We'll call this clone, "Red Tornado". It will cause heavy breathing, high blood pressure, blindness, irritability and even death. For mechanical beings, they will not know of whose foe or friend and attack anyone who goes near. They will see other robots as "extra parts" and try to disassemble them. The same applies to humans.
