Our tale of Mediaeval England – of skin and sweat, sparks and sex – continues as we introduce a new character, Piers the page boy. We see Benet hard at it in the castle forge, fulfilling his task with a brand new blade, focusing on his work, ignoring the troubling talk about this castle and its lord. He means only to complete his labours, earn the promised silver and be gone. But fate is about to intervene in the life of our handsome young smith and, though he does not know it, everything is about to change in ways he could never now imagine.
