Hippo is the dictator of a desert planet whose only source of water is a giant lake where the capital is. Hippo gained access to Dark Dust’s inner circle due to his military might and technological advances.

Hippo is the largest of the inner circle whose ability is increasing weight at will. In battle he can weigh as much as a planet. He is a cruel leader.

In battle he is a bit like General Grevious usually letting his soldiers do the fighting first and stamping down small fry to appear intimidating. He contains a powerful special force that each surpass him in terms of battle power. He is cruel to anyone and lives a life of unfair luxury while the peasants suffer. It is disguised as a nice place for some.
