Oh boy, another art tutorial by another pro artist! You "otter" see what I've made this time!!!

First off, I've read the paragraphs from TsaoShin, saying that sea otters can hold hands together so they don’t drift apart from each other while they rest, so that's a animal fact. Next off, I am so sad that February's over, but that doesn't mean I'm done. Because I have one last special something for Valentine's Day!

Now, I've followed the steps in the journal, and made two cute bows to represent their genders, female on the right, ♀️ and male on the left. ♂️ And for the finishing touch, I made the water as the background, just so they can float. Now isn't that totally romantic~?

(did u know when they do this with other otters its called a rafr?)
