Haha, the irony. In our roleplays Giovanni dies and Maxie is a human/Pokemon creation. You don't notice the Pokemon traits until he shows them though. And also, Archie took over Team Rocket, because Giovanni died then the new leader was eaten. |D
But that's our roleplays. In the TV Show (that I hardly watch) I think yes, Team Rocket is better. Just because Aqua and Magma did nothing cool, in my opinion. <3 So I agree with this picture for the most part.

And the roleplays, I'd link you if I didn't get in trouble. And I don't plan anything, I'm more of a backround character (Archie's Huntail) that's never used. Archie only took over because he was there when the second leader died. x) Although I did play Buson once, all we did was drive back to Team Aqua's hideout and change Buson's outfit a bit. >.> I haven't been in it since then though, lmfao. So, it's not really my boat that's floating.
