Rambunctious Attacking Scraggy Causes Aggravating Lamentability

INTENDED PURPOSE: Stealing Pokemon from Trainers by assaulting the Trainer directly.
STATUS: FAILURE (ROGUE)

Pronouns: She / Her

* The assumed "leader" of the rogue trio, consisting of RASCAL, BANDIT , and VANDAL . Will band the three of them together to assault and harass successful experiments... for a price. Will sometimes pick on rookie Splices just for fun, too.

* When RASCAL was allowed outside on her first mission to attack nearby trainers, instead she buried herself in the desert sands and hid out for over a week. The only reason she was recaptured was because they had her micro-chipped.

* RASCAL is still very skilled at hiding out and has gained the support of PHOBIA to let her and the rogue crew hide out within PHOBIA's lair, deep inside the vents. RASCAL likes finding miscellaneous junk with her crew and keeping it in PHOBIA's webs.
