It's about the phase where you question your life and ask yourself..is this it? You're busy with what other people expect from you instead of following your own heart and passions. You also have to make a lot of BIG choices and make time for stuff... like working on your career / having kids / getting married / seeing family & friends / sport / religion / studies / money / travel etc. So yeah, that's what the article is about, how to get past that phase and get some quiet in your head
