This was for a Contest for self published comicbook called "TALES from the DISPATCH"
Rules were it had to be only 6 pages, never published. (Not sure if this counts as publishing or not?)

This is the 6 page version of the origins story for my character "Iron-Gun"
I did my six pages as a "Noir"/ Manga style. (one page colored and rest black and white)
They rejected my submission unknown why. (maybe it was not original enough. LOL maybe was not all in color they didn't let me give a description of concept)

Title: IRON-GUN

Synopsis:
What would you do if you lost everything you currently know? Your family, friends, possessions, even the time frame you once lived in! In order to survive Sarah stark, had to be sent to the future. Left angry & jaded she Now she fights crime on her own dime in another time.

The basics are it is an Iron-Man spoof.
A friend and I talked about that were going to submit to Marvel but he never made it that far. We never made it past talking concept and basics. I love my friend but he seemed to be all talk and dream but no follow through. {I learned this after about the 4 concept and his rejection to move any project further on any of them.} I did the character design on my own. the basic plot too.

I guess thanks to the contest the project has now see the light after about 15 years in abandonment. It may blast off to the future! (lol, little joke on the concept of time travel)
