Here is another screenshot of the Magistrate Loading Screen in the Dragon Age 2 Legacy DLC. This loading screen is used for The Final Seal is the fifth and highest floor of Corypheus's Prison.It shows the Ancient Tevinter Magisters from Dragon Age Origins as a dark mist rises over them and revealed who we soon learn is Corypheus. Then the mist leaves.
