Here is a screenshot of a T-51b Power Armor with a jetpack Loading Screen.

It was made by U.S. Military, and it was the second version of power armor to be successfully deployed in battle in the year of 2074.

T-51 was the most advanced Power Armor in wide-scale use before the outbreak of the Great War. First seeing service and inherently, great success in the Anchorage Reclamation campaign, the T-51 Power Armor soon became standard issue for the army's armored infantry regiments.

And after the Great War, Captain Roger Maxson and his men used the T-51 Power Armor to lead his band of survivors to the safety of Lost Hills, a government fallout shelter and founded the Brotherhood of Steel.
