My take on a rewrite button. I made it in Paint.net.

From my perspective, REWRITE is a powerful, yet limited tool. One tap of its button can only modify a single variable within a timeline. Despite that, it can make changes that cannot be reverted by RESET. (Ex: making someone aware of timeline resets.)

Tbh, I'm surprised that by how little this idea has been explored. So far, I've only managed to fine one comic that involves REWRITE. Sure, it would inevitably be compared to XTale's OVERWRITE. However, I think the REWRITE ability is an interesting concept that could be fun to explore.
