Weapons: Null Rays and missiles
Notes: Starscream is the leader of the Seeker division of the Decepticons. They're the ones that turn into jets. He's an affective one, too, if they didn't bicker more than the city council over what to do with the meadow near our school Mandy wants to save. He perpetually acts as if he's surrounded by idiots, and wants more from the war than he has. Though, never do I get the impression he does not care for his Seekers at least. He seems annoyed with the Autobots, as if it's an inconvenience that he has to fight them. He's not hungry for a fight. He is obsessed with fighting Windblade, though...maybe it's his version of a date.
