Oh yeah, I'm a big fan of vivid color, and this is right up my alley. I almost wish it "popped" even more, though.
It also looks like you missed the focus; I really wish your eyes were sharp, but I understand how hard that is to do in self-portraiture.
Other than these small criticisms, this is just a fun self-portrait - Cute expression, cute pose. Nice job!
