Yes, the time has come for the big change and development. I have moved from the HTTYD phase... It was my biggest fear but it slowly faded away. HTTYD was a very huge part of my life. Actually, it is part of half of my life timet! I've been a fan since 2011 and I've been drawing night furies a lot, until today, I'm feeling less motivated to draw them.(I will still draw them as commissions). The first and the second movies are extraordinary and they made me explore and expand my abilities in drawing. After the existence of the last film of HTTYD, it showed nothing powerful in the story nor Nightfury power and gloriousness like the past two films. Toothless gave us a bad impression and that made me lose my interests slowly. It's a personal thought. So, I decided to remake Spear from a HTTYD fan OC to my very own non-fandom related OC.
He is inspired by Yellow Jacket wasps. I gave him his same old most recognizable characteristics and same personality. And changed his main design to resemble a mixture of a dragon and a wasp. Since dragons and (low key) wasps are my favorite. I hope you understand this change that I made and what I went through. And I hope you love his new design as much as I do. <3 <3 <3
