you've made a lot of improvements in your work! I like how you've really given her a unique face, I can see how her bone structure and muscles creates the face before us. it's something to aspire to. 
I got to say, I really like the way you "paint" hair. it feels so natural yet easy on the eyes. 
I enjoy seeing your progression, and I know that feeling you get when going through "old" artwork and the pride gained by crafting it anew. it's unmatchable.

I love seeing re-draws  of things with the older thing,because it shows how people can improve- it's inspiring
