I decided to age Specter to age 35, I call him Future Specter

His seven psychic rings will change color depending on his situation, this makes him adaptable and turns the odds in his favor
Colors:
White = Default
Red = Power
Yellow = Jump
Blue = Speed
Pink = Psychic Power
Orange = Defense
Green = Fly
Purple = Healing

In the year 2021 Specter got into an accident involving his helmet which then gave his helmet a crack in the back of it. The result led him to lose his sanity. He became ruthless. He no longer became fixated on conquering the world, he wants to conquer the universe!

Future Specter also became a Scientist and a Mechanic, he uses his free time creating things, his prized creation is his Interdimensional Time Traveling Plane. (Named Specterricane) He also implanted an Interdimensional Barrier Chip which nullifies all laws of time travel and because of this, he cannot get hurt or disappear if his past counterpart dies, or gets hurt.

Future Specter eradicated every single emotion except the following: Pride, Apathy, Anger, Contempt, Hostility, Hatred, Cruelty

Due to the crack in his helmet, it caused Future Specter's powers to quickly exceed far beyond Specter could handle, as a result he now suffers from extreme headaches, nose bleeds and his eye twitches from time to time, it is far too late for any of this to be reversible, he has permanent brain damage.

He has a scar mark on his hidden eye (Update he has scars on both eyes) The blood marks on his chest came from the people he killed before conquering their lands, he then scars the blood on him from every King he has killed. He is ruthless, twisted, insane, crazy, he's also a masochist. He has 7 rings (the belt counts as a ring too) which contain his powers! He will not stop at nothing until he rules every living thing on the planet!
