HW Demo Derby is a DLC car in Hot Wheels Unleashed. It was released in the Monster Trucks Expansion on April 21st, 2022 with 5 Alarm, Bone Shaker, Tiger Shark, and Race Ace. The casting is based on the 2020 Hot Wheels Monster Trucks series.

The HW Demo Derby is Common by default.

Generally speaking, all six Monster Trucks handle exactly the same. A lot of players think they are bad, but if spent enough time with them, they are actually pretty good and get unfazed by some small track obstacles. But what they have in versatility and freedom, they lack in stability. Their reaction to the environments are pretty awkward that hold them back, making them high risk vehicles as a result. When mastered, they honestly don't give that much of a reward so you're better off sticking with the normal vehicles the whole time.
