The Power Rocket is one of the 65 playable vehicles in Hot Wheels Unleashed. It is one of the 13 Legendary cars by default and the casting is based on the 2018 Super Chromes series.

The better of the two rocket cars. It has an absurdly huge amount of boost for a vehicle with good stats, it's almost as if the vehicle is a cheat code. How is this even fair to have? It is really difficult to compete against when the Power Rocket has all 6 of its boost segments filled. It is also a faster alternative of the Super Treasure Hunt Bump Around for cheesing shortcuts as long as you have good aerial control. The Power Rocket is just one of the best cars in the game to drive, and you should definitely keep it once you obtain it, whether from a Blind Box or Limited Offers. No reason to get rid of it, either. Just an all-out awesome vehicle to drive.

In Other Games...
The Power Rocket has made a number of appearances in other Hot Wheels games prior to Unleashed.

-Stunt Track Driver
The Power Rocket first appears in Hot Wheels: Stunt Track Driver as an unlockable vehicle, obtained when completing the Bedroom track in Tournament Mode. Its casting is based on the 1995 Model series.

-Stunt Track Driver 2: Get'N Dirty
While this vehicle does make a cameo in this game, it is unplayable. It can be seen on top of the fence in the Garden level at the start after going off the first orange track piece.

-Turbo Racing
The Power Rocket does appear in Hot Wheels: Turbo Racing as a secret vehicle. It can be unlocked by knocking down a wall right after the "Wrecking Yard" sign in the R.M. Sludegworks track, winning the Twinmill Challenge, or entering a password. Its casting is the same as it's appearance in the Stunt Track Driver games.

-Velocity X
The Power Rocket appears in Hot Wheels: Velocity X as an unlockable vehicle, obtained when collecting the Hidden Key on Underworld in Joyride mode. The vehicle's casting in the game is based on the 2001 Mainline series.

-World Race Highway 35
The vehicle makes yet another appearance in the game version of World Race Highway 35, driven by Yucatan of the Roadbeasts team. The Power Rocket does appear in the movie, but the character is never seen.
