Another one for my Eeveelution designs, and I don't think a concept like this was done yet. When in Shielded Form, Geodeon is slow, but pretty tanky in both defenses while having average attacking stats, but when in Shield's Down Form, both defense stats lower and the attack and speed stats increase.

Geodeon, the Gemstone Pokemon

Type: Rock

Ability: Shield's Down

Dex Entry: A cavern filled with gemstones giving off strange energies discovered by miners are what evolved Eevee into this Pokemon. Geodeon may seem slow and unimpressive at first glance, but once they take some damage and lose their shielding, their true potential is uncovered, they become nimble, and a sight to behold. Geodeon's eye and gem color are dependent on what color the gem Eevee was given is before evolution; the Amethyst variation is the most common, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Quartz, and Rose Quartz variations are uncommon, and the Diamond variation is the most rare.

(Trivia: Geodeon's Shiny variant has a gray coat, and dark colored rocks in Shielded Form, but when in Shield's Down Form, it contains all the gemstone colors listed above, regardless off the gemstone it was given before evolution, even their eyes will shine in various colors.)
