This is an adorable little chibi of your pony!
Personally, the only thing I would recommend is adding an outline to the mane and tail. Since the body also has an outline, the mane seems sort of out of place in this instance.
The blush is cute but seems a little too organized, but that might be a personal taste issue. I prefer random lines and zig-zags on my blushes. Still cute though!
The eyes look so big and cute and just makes me want to give him a huge hug! He's super adorable and you did a wonderful job on this.
