I did this in Eztoons. I'm not sure if it's still around but it was free software.

It's far from perfect It goes too fast in some places, could have used more frames in some scenes, etc. But I was pleased with it at the time

He still has eyes, but they're fractured. Murdoc drove a car into his head the first time, and 2D catapulted into the kurb from the car the second time. This is why he'scalled 2D. It stands for two dents in his eyes.
