I support Oswald and Francine... being FRIENDS.Sure they can't kiss anymore, say sweet nothings to each other, ect., but that doesn't mean they can't be friends!
Seriously Sony-Mae, there's nothing wrong with two people who are no longer lovers to be friends! It's wrong to make a once good Disney character into a Mary-Sue who is Oswald's "true love". Ortensia is, and Disney can confirm it right now!
btw can you tell your deviantART sister to stop complaining about people liking pairings that she doesn't like? She needs to accept the fact that people support different pairings. Geez :T

I bet SonyMae has a mental disorder, err! no offense. As for me, I am more the "ambivalent" one. I did like a FEW of her pictures and one her story (well, kind of) but I just can't stand about the rest of her draws, like she thinks Ortensia is the only cheating one, well, you have to know that she also made Mickey and Oswald cheating on their girlfriends on the other girls too, and she didn't know that! Are you with me?
PS: I just hope that my Oc and redesigned characters aren't that sue-ish.

Quite frankly I see irony in Sony's constant fight over the Fanny/Oswald pairing.
She dislikes Oswald/Ortensia because Oswald is a rabbit and Ortensia is a cat. So to her that doesn't work, right?
Well in one of her earlier deviations she paired up Doggy Daddy and Vanilla the Rabbit (Can be found right here: [link] ). A dog and a rabbit.
Dogs hunt rabbits, right? So Sony would ship something that in her mindset of "Cats and Rabbits don't mix" shouldn't work?
She screwed over her own reasoning for disliking Oswald/Ortensia, and she probably doesn't even realize it... well that's how I see it anyway...

I can't believe you're still talking about it... -.-' they are cartoon characters, people!! they can be paired up with anybody!! Seriously, there are crack pairings for every show, characters paired up with everybody in their show or even in other shows, and nobody gives a damn about it... why would you care so much that someone draws Oswald still with Franny? They had been a couple in a lot of cartoons, so they are pretty much canon... and who cares if Oswald is with Ortensia now!! xD I mean, they're not real characters, they can't be offended if someone draws them with their ex-girlfriend xDD I support Oswald with Ortensia too, but I really don't care if Sony likes to draw him with Franny. Honestly, I think there's nothing bad xD
Anyway, if you really can't stand seeing Oswald paired with someone different than Ortensia, just don't look at her art. Ignore her, and she will ignore you.
Sorry if I wrote this loooong rant, but I'm tired to see all this hate for her. You maybe can't see it, but she's suffering for it. And all because of a cartoon couple. o.O

Actually, she is suffering more from real life situations rather than online situations. She's trying to do good with her job to pay off her student loans, and the whole reason why she went to art school is because many people kept telling her she's a amazing artist online. What was once something something she went on time to time appears to now be a obsession of hers. She goes online constanlty looking for relief, but due to her own actions online, that is how she has become someone many dislike. Not just for her couples, but how she is self-interested in herself and she believes that things like advice her artwork and such she claims is "cyber-bullying".
I'm part of the anti-SonyMae part of this fanwar because I want to find a way to allow her to leave deviantART. She's dealing with stress online, so she should find another stress relief than flattering herself online. If she does leave, that'll effect her real life positively, for she'll be able to pay off her student loans, be able to understand the things she has to deal with when she's an artist, ect.

I understand what you mean, and you may be right... but if being online is her only relief, I'm not sure that offending her and her art and forcing her to leave would be a good way to make her feel better.

Think about it, she is using the internet to escape from reality. She can't handle reality so she goes to the internet to get asskissers and play out her fantasies (her mary sues, some of which are self-inserts, I think).
When people call her out, she gets pissy because they are ruining her fantasy. That's why she left art school, because there were no ass kissers and they continuously broke her fantasy because art is serious business to them.
So, frankly, she SHOULD leave. It's quite unhealthy to use the internet as complate escapism. We all have to face reality, it's goodness and harshness, and bnot facing it leads to unhealthy consequences.

I think she should come to realize that love isn't always perfect (especially in this kind of world where it's supposedly required for people to look good just to have a lover). And if people don't love each other, they can still be good friends.
She even says that when there's a marriage situation between two characters, and one of them decides not to get married just like that that's "ship-teasing". But actually that relates to real life situations, because when someone thinks over about their desicion to get married (if it's too soon, the financial problems, considering that they probably don't love that person for who they are, ect.), they could decide not to marry them. She claims that it's bothersome, but I actually think that it makes a story more interesting than it was before. Perhaps she thinks this because her parents haven't done anything to make her realize that love isn't 100% perfect.

She really needs to understand that Francine is one of Oswald's many girlfriends, too. She claims that it's right for only rabbits to love rabbits, but that doesn't seem apply to the other pairings she supports. I mean, PAIRING UP A HUMAN AND A BIRD TOGETHER? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
Also, she's needs to understand something if she's such a huge Oswald fan: Oswald is well known for flirting with lots of other women.

Sony claims it's due to 'cartoon logic' that Bia/Rev and Jeri/Rip are able to have sex with each other. So by that logic, Oswald/Ortensia and Horace/Clarabelle are MORE than qualified.
And yeah, in the past, Oswald wasn't exactly monogamous. Hell, he was probably more likely to cheat on Ortensia back then rather than vice versa like Sony and her sheep so often claim,

True, true. She also claims that OswaldxOrtensia was made just for looks, but that's not true. Ortensia appeared in a few more short films then Francine did (that's what I think), so it's a bit more suitable to pair him up with a female character that a bit better well known then Francine.
It's kind of like MarioxPrincess Peach and MarioxPauline. It seems more suitable to pair up two well known characters than pair up one character whose well known and the one who isn't (according to my friends who are oblivious of Pauline's existance, Pauline isn't as well known as Peach).

Her logic PERIOD is messed up. I think I mentioned how she thinks Ortensia x Oswald doesn't work because cats eat rabbits, but then I made Fanny x Paulie, which is rabbit x DOG, technically higher on the food chain, so by that logic it should be worse.

I'm surprised that, after EVERYTHING I've said and done up until this point, she STILL hasn't blocked me, not even after the whole fiasco where HBF declared that Oswald and Fanny were still lovers 'despite' being brother and sister and then blocked me.
