Description
Not long ago I needed a background to a poster I was making, so I took a picture of a piece of high quality drawing paper. I used photoshop to raise the contrast and make it look older, to add a bit of sepia to it.I have been using [link] to find ways to age a picture, they tutorials are a bit advanced and take a lot of time for the unskilled. So I devised my own little method.
Simply take the photo of the paper and place it over the picture you want to age and chose the blend mode Color, you will get a picture that has a darker sepia in the corners and is almost grayscale in the middle. now you can change the opacity and let the original color bled with the papir color.
So you have instant ageing of the picture, fast and with an excellent result.
You are of cause welcome to use my paper, but experimenting with your own is recommended.
