Description
So here's a ref sheet of sorts showing Menes and Setesh, Sets faithful Sha hounds.

They used to be Sets minions before they became Sha's but after Menes build his machine that would turn those into these obidient creatures, they tested it on a rebbelious guard by the name of Setesh. Later Alexa took revenge for both herself and the guard and turned Menes into the same creature using his own machine.

Setesh belongs to Egyptian-Enthusiast she graciously let me use and adapt her character for my story as an easter egg and reference to hers. Please I highly recommend checking out her works and comic.
