Yes, she is based on Catra from She-Ra and no i haven't seen it yet but i heard good things from that show. Dr. Barbara Ann Minerva is a beloved Veterinarian but suffers from a split personality where she sees herself as a humanoid cat that does acts like a cat especially a cheetah. However, Dr. Jason Woodrow (Floro, and yes the same man who turned Pamela into Poison Ivy) would use her as an experiment to make her cure her split personality, but it backfired and turned her into the cat lady. She decided to go by Cheetah she that was her favourite Cat and she love the pattern on herself. Her weakness is believe it or not, a saucer of Milk and a big bag of Cheetos (Yeah, i know that is stupid but hey, me so funny, ha ha ha i said ironically).
