Description
Steve Dayton is the Co-Leader of Doom Patrol. He is considered to be the brains of the team. In the 1960's he was struck in the head by his father and was left brain damaged. He would always drool and has a pretty bad speech impediment (but he is modelled after Clone High's JFK so he has the accent) and constant headaches. When Dr. Niles Caulder (The Chief) took him in, he built him a special helmet with antennas to help him with his condition. When he wears the helmet, he becomes super intelligence and mind abilities. He would meet future wife and Co-Leader of Doom Patrol, Rita Farr. This is what he looks like without his helmet.
