Commander Rourke Watson is a pure military man who loves his country, but loves money more. He was married to a woman named, Madeline Stevenson who gave him a daughter named Mary Jane. He cared more about himself and Madeline decided to leave after knowing that Rourke didn't care about her. After she left, he started to abuse Mary Jane because, she looks like her and wants nothing to do with her. He would hate it when she would stay at his sister's Anna's house, and would make sure she never told anyone. He even chose a guy from the military to date her named, Morris Bench (Hydro-Man), but she hated him because he would try to force himself on her and she dumped him and Rourke was angry.

When he learned that Mary Jane was at the hospital and is with with Peter, he was afraid she was going to show her bruises to the doctors, so he came and found her, then took her home to be beaten not caring that Peter was in the Hospital. One night, when Mary Jane gets back to his house, and Rourke is standing there ready to beat her because, he is not just drunk, but he thinks Mary Jane is a slut. But luckily, Peter stops him but, Rourke is beating Peter up and Peter had enough and picked him up and was ready to let a semi truck kill him but Mary Jane stops Peter. Peter accidentally drops Rourke and the semi runs over him, leaving him paralyzed to never walk again and eat his meals from a straw. But luckily, he was arrested with Abuse charges and no Parole while Peter gets away scot free since they don't believe that a scrawny autistic kid could do that.

When he woke up, he was met with a hoverchair man named, Alistair Smythe, offered him the opportunity to make him a weapon to destroy Spider-Man, which he agrees to find Peter and kill him and Mary Jane. He became Spider-Slayer, made with an new nearly indestructible metal called, Metallix, a fusion of Vibranium and some other metal and his skin is made of Metallix as well. Once he was online, he was able to almost defeat Spider-Man, until he learns that he can't feel anything. He went to Alistair to give him the ability to feel again, but leaned that his brain was ripped out of his head and put into a robotic body. This drove him to insanity and he learned that Rourke Watson is dead and he is now only Spider-Slayer. He decided to take down Peter Parker and found out he is Spider-Man, but he keeps it a secret because, he wants his identity to himself, so when he kills him, it would make him finally feel happiness.

Spider-Slayer would try to take down Spider-Man from time to time, and was Spider-Slayer would always be defeated. When Peter was going to marry Mary Jane, Spider-Slayer decides to attack Mary Jane, but he was defeated by Spider-Man, Doc Ock and Venom, who showed up to the wedding rehearsal. Mary Jane asked Spider-Slayer if she would walk him down the aisle, but he chooses to not do that, since he is insane, but when he was ready to kill Peter and Mary Jane, Venom grabs his arm and rips his brain off and eating it, killing Spider-Slayer. Mary Jane was sad, but she knew if they reprogram him to walk her down the aisle, she would feel better and Venom spit out the head and turned him into a machine to walk Mary Jane to walk down the aisle. After the wedding, his body is taken to Avengers to be deconstructed and his tech body to be turned into suits and gadgets.

He is modelled after Rourke from Disney's Atlantis, because, since Milo is the model for Peter Parker, so have Milo's enemy be an new villain for Spider-Man to fight. I chose Spider-Slayer since i thought it would be interesting for him to be like Marvel's Metallo. Speaking of Metallo, he is based on the DCAU Metallo since that is my favourite version of the character. The suit is based on Alistair's Spider Slayer suit from the comics, but it doesn't look bad. He would replace Silvermaine from the comics since they are kinda similar.
