Tried sketching up some hypothetical dark elf individuals filtered through the idea of a character class system based in my Gray Crossing Ancardia stuff. Sorta homebrew type thing? That actually would be neat to try and make--a homebrew DnD bit of rules based on this ADOM stuff.
With that in mind, the archetypal Dark Elf character or NPC is... quite outside of what is usually made. We've got a Ranger lady (who is frikkin' clothed and wearing real armor, which is a rarity in and of itself in "normal" dark elf stuff), and then a Necromancer dude (this guy in particular is practicing ethical necromancy, which is totally legal and pretty common for Dark Elves but not considered so for most other cultures. Some places even have death penalties for any necromancy at all... including just summoning and talking to spirits for advice!). And finally, you got a Dark Elven Champion (which is a subclass/spec into Warrior... which is Fighter, but I've never liked the class being called "Fighter", lots of classes fight!).
Going to sketch up occasional others too! Gnomes, Hurthlings, Mist Elves, Orcs... lots of 'em.
